Meet Sindy

I began my career practicing securities litigation in both New York City and Washington, DC.   I was then drawn to the independent school world where I became the Director of Admission at Milton in Washington, DC. There I grew the school’s enrollment by over 250%. I am deeply involved in my community and serve on the boards of the  Brem Foundation to Defeat Breast Cancer,   Friends of the IDF, and the Backstory Group. I live outside of Washington, DC with my husband. I have two adult children who both attended independent schools.

I am uniquely qualified to coach individuals, including lawyers and school administrators interested in making transitions or needing assistance in determining a better path forward to enhance impact and reach job satisfaction.
